I’m a graphic design student from Finland with life long passion for art. I’ve been drawing since I was a child and pursuing a career in creative field has always been my plan.
In my art most common subject matters are women characters, everyday human life and feelings, landscapes, mental health especially depression and anxiety, lived childhood in northern Finland and sometimes even horror themes. I also really love character designing and fan art but those art froms is bit of a “guilty pleasures” of mine. My favourite feeling to capture is nostalgia because it’s such a strong emotion. It is a feeling that sparks both joy and sadness which creates very interesting contrasts in art.
I’ve been going through a bit of an art block past 2 years but in a recent months i’ve found a joy for creating again. I’m excited to draw almost everyday again and I try not to take my art too seriously as i’ve done in a past.
